Short-Term Efficacy of Sacroiliac Joint Corticosteroid Injection Based on Arthrographic Contrast Patterns
This study examined whether the way contrast dye spreads in the sacroiliac joint affects pain relief after a steroid injection. When medication reached the upper part of the joint, patients had greater relief suggesting the accuracy of injections matter.
